Key Responsibilities

Prepare client and subcontractor bills, and ensure certification as per project progress. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, BOQs, and site measurements. Verify subcontractor bills against executed work and contractual terms. Monitor project costs, perform rate analysis, and assist in cost control activities. Coordinate with site, planning, and procurement teams for accurate billing data. Follow up with clients/consultants for bill certification and timely payment release. Maintain systematic records of measurements, billing documents, and reconciliation statements. Assist in preparing variation claims, extra item bills, and price escalation statements. Support audits, project reports, and MIS related to billing and contracts. Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements.
