What we're looking for from you:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Senior Engineer, with previous experience in Enterprise-level applications and integrations, working well within and across teams and transparently to stakeholders and management.
The person should have experience in Agile development methodologies including scrum and possess the ability to plan and oversee the independent initiatives, process, and tasks. They should observe and adapt, suggesting improvements to the overall process to adhere to the highest standards and fulfi ll business requirements. The candidate should have a willingness and synergy to take up new challenges, with the capability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Job Responsibilities
xe2x97x8f Develop and support our platform across the Identity, Access, and Monetisation
pillars for News UK tech product catalog.
xe2x97x8f Provide customized solutions using the Salesforce platform
xe2x97x8f Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning platform
xe2x97x8f Consistently deliver high-quality software
xe2x97x8f Proactively seek out and drive improvements to the platform and CRM
experiences.
xe2x97x8f Work with your colleagues to improve core engineering best practices and
principles
Skills and Qualifications we look for
xe2x97x8f Minimum 5 years experience in Software Engineering
xe2x97x8f University degree or higher (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
xe2x97x8f Developing Apex, Lightning Web Components and understanding the
language, VisualForce, Flows etc.
xe2x97x8f Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript/ Java language
xe2x97x8f Core Engineering principles and best practices
xe2x97x8f Continuous delivery and associated tooling
xe2x97x8f High performance and scalable applications
xe2x97x8f Web Services REST, SOAP, etc
xe2x97x8f A proven track record in delivering products and solutions
xe2x97x8f Demonstrate a high commitment to quality
xe2x97x8f Understanding & experience of Agile ways of working
Good to have skills
xe2x97x8f Other programming languages and paradigms
xe2x97x8f AWS and Informatica Cloud
xe2x97x8f Salesforce certifications
Location: Bangalore,Karnataka, India
Working Arrangement: Hybrid a minimum of three days in office per week
