Senior Engineer - Sales

Qualification : BE / B.Tech - Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering

Exp : 7 to 10 years in sales & customer handling for steel / alloy foundry castings.

Requirements:

Act as a single point of contact for key customers Handle customer enquiries, technical clarifications and order follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure in-time delivery and quality compliance. Address customer complaints , rejections and corrective actions effectively. Maintain strong long-term customer relationships. Attend customer meetings, audits and review discussions Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention Excellent oral and written communication
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
