To develop and strengthen Cosmos Pumps' presence across MP & Chhattisgarh by driving sales in the Mining and Industrial segments, offering technical solutions for pumping challenges, and ensuring consistent business growth through strategic market expansion and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
o Business Development:
Identify and target potential customers in Mining (coal, iron ore, limestone), Steel, Cement, Power Plants, and Process Industries.
Map key accounts and create a territory plan for revenue growth.
Technical Sales & Support:
Engage with end-users, project consultants, and EPC contractors to promote dewatering pumps, slurry pumps, submersible pumps, and other industrial solutions.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site trials to position Cosmos Pumps as a reliable solutions provider.
Coordinate with design and service teams for pump selection, performance analysis, and customization based on site conditions (flow, head, NPSH, etc.).
Customer Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with plant heads, purchase managers, and maintenance teams.
Ensure timely communication, proposal submission, order follow-up, and after-sales support.
Commercial & Reporting:
Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers, tenders, and quotations.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and collection targets.
Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback to support business strategy
Coordination & Compliance:
Liaise with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and service scheduling.
Maintain accurate customer records and visit reports through CRM tools.
Adhere to company processes, payment terms, and ethical business practices. Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
MBA or PG Diploma in Marketing / International Business (preferred).
Experience:
6-10 years in B2B Industrial Sales, ideally in Pumps, Rotating Equipment, Valves, Compressors, or Capital Goods.
Prior exposure to Mining, Steel, Cement, or Process Industry customers will be an advantage.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong technical acumen in pump selection, performance, and system design.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets in competitive markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable with extensive travel across the territory.
