Senior Engineer - Robotics & Integration (Automation)

Location: Mangli (Ludhiana)

Salary: 60,000 CTC

Experience: 4 to 6 Years in robotics integration (manufacturing industry preferred)

Qualification: Diploma/B.E. in Robotics / Automation / Mechanical

Role:

Implement and support robotic arms or pick-and-place automation systems for forging and manufacturing lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Robot programming and troubleshooting (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA etc.) Design and integration of end-effectors and tooling Support installation, commissioning and testing of robotic automation Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and software teams to ensure smooth operation Improve robotic cycle times, productivity and safety Maintain robotic documentation and conduct periodic maintenance Support vision systems and automation upgrades
Skills Required:

Strong robotics programming knowledge Understanding of pick-and-place automation and sensors Good problem solving, diagnostics and coordination skills
