echnical Delivery
L

ead the development of detailed highway designs, drawings, and technical reports in accordance with ME standards and client specifications. E
nsure timely and accurate submission of deliverables that meet internal quality assurance and client expectations. P
rovide technical oversight and support to junior engineers and technicians. P
articipate in design reviews and contribute to technical governance across the Roads & Highways portfolio. P

roject Coordination
W

ork closely with ME project managers and technical leads to align design outputs with project goals and timelines. S
upport resource planning, forecasting, and project reviews within the GCC India team. Q

uality & Compliance
E

nsure adherence to WSP's Business Management System, including Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and Information Security protocols. P
articipate in internal audits and implement corrective actions where required. P
romote Safety by Design principles across all deliverables. C

ollaboration & Communication
A

ct as a key technical interface between GCC India and ME Roads & Highways teams. M
aintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. R
epresent GCC India in technical meetings and contribute to knowledge-sharing forums. T

eam Development
M

entor junior staff and support their progression toward professional accreditation. S
hare technical expertise and promote a collaborative, inclusive team culture. I
dentify training needs and support upskilling initiatives within the team. E
ducation & Accreditation
M

aster's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. C
hartered Engineer status (e.g., ICE, CIHT) or actively working toward accreditation. E

xperience
7

- 10 years of experience in highway design and project delivery, including at least 3 - 5 years supporting ME projects (onshore or offshore). P
roven track record in managing technical aspects of large-scale highway projects. F
amiliarity with ME design standards and relevant software tools (e.g., Civil 3D, ACC, Blue BIM). C
