- 10 years of experience in highway design and project delivery, including at least 3 - 5 years supporting ME projects (onshore or offshore).

roven track record in managing technical aspects of large-scale highway projects.

amiliarity with ME design standards and relevant software tools (e.g., Civil 3D, ACC, Blue BIM).
