Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Work in a 24/7 Service Support Center to provide operations support with virtualized O-RAN systems deployed nationwide. Analyze service and system issues, determine corrective actions and implement to restore services; escalate complex issues to additional resources. Perform root-cause for failure and develop corrective actions. Contribute to on-going process improvement reviews using Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics to eliminate errors, maximize hardware/software efficiencies and increase service uptime leading to an overall excellent customer experience. Provide support facing Market Teams to troubleshoot/resolve complex issues with deployed RF and O-RAN systems; engage and escalate issues with vendors when critical/time sensitive support and resolution is required. Produce updated technical specifications of system changes and provide comprehensive plan for release. Ensure solution meet key criteria for CI/CD, system orchestration and automation. Work with technical writers/engineers to document final process configurations and MOPs.

Skills - Experience and Requirements:

Requires: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical degree. 3 years of experience in job offered or similar roles. Must have 3 years of experience with the following (which may have been gained concurrently):C-RAN and V-RAN software architectures in a virtualized environment RF Radio operations over eCPRI interfaces: CSR, DU and timing configurations Software systems/services running virtualized RAN functions Latency considerations and issues from gNB to Data Center locations * Virtualized networks, orchestration, and automation across a large network architecture
