Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain

QA/QC systems

across all stages of residential construction.

Monitor

MIVAN formwork activities

- including alignment, shuttering, de-shuttering, and surface finish.

Conduct

site inspections

for RCC, Civil, finishing work, waterproofing, and concrete works.

Ensure compliance with

project specifications, IS codes, and safety norms

.

Review and manage

material test reports, cube test results, and third-party lab tests

.

Prepare and maintain

quality documentation

, including checklists, NCRs, and inspection reports.

Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and design teams to resolve quality issues.

Support internal/external audits and drive

continuous improvement initiatives

.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience 5+ years in

QA/QC roles in residential projects.

At least 3 years of MIVAN construction experience

is preferred.

Strong understanding of

IS codes, quality standards, and construction methodologies

.

Proficient in

MS Office, AutoCAD

, and project management tools.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with top real estate developers or reputed contractors.

Knowledge of

ISO 9001:2015

quality systems.
