Qualification - BE Mechanical/Electronics
Min Total Experience - 5-7 years
Specific Requirement - Customer Complaint Handling
Key Responsibility Area
Experienced in handling customer complaints, conducting customer visits, and ensuring effective communication and resolution
Lead or coordinate structured RCA (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, or DMAIC)
Ensure timely closure of actions and verify effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Design, Supply Chain) to investigate the issue
Maintain detailed complaint logs and 8D/5-Why reports.
Technical /Technological Competencies
Customer Communication & Technical Presentation
8D & CAPA Methodologies
Knowledge of sheet metal and injection molding production processes
7QC tools - should have experience of practical implementation
FMEA and Risk Management
Behavioural Competencies
Communication (W/0)
Initiative / Ownership Skills
Interpersonal Skills (Teamwork + Coordination)
