B.E. (Mechanical / EEE) or Diploma (Mechanical / EEE)

Experience:

Minimum 8 years in purchase function (preferably in motor / electrical / manufacturing industry)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

general purchase

activities including C-class items, consumables, tools, and indirect materials. Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors for quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Negotiate with suppliers on price, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Ensure timely procurement of materials without affecting production. Maintain accurate purchase records and update SAP systems. Coordinate with stores, production, and quality teams for material requirement planning. Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply-related issues. Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and cost-saving initiatives. Support in annual budget preparation and cost-control measures.

Key Skills Required:

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Good knowledge of purchase procedures in manufacturing industries. Familiar with C-class items, consumables, tools & hardware. Proficiency in SAP systems. Analytical skills with focus on cost reduction. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
