Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities l Prepare the purchase order against requisition raised from concerned department l Co-ordinate and tracking of orders with suppliers for timely delivery of material l Co-ordinate necessary transport arrangement for timely receipt of material l Ensure adequacy of purchase requirements l Fulfill commercial formalities l Check the invoices along with purchase order l Ensure control over relevant documents and records as applicable. l Ensure implementation of corrections/ corrective actions/ preventive actions as applicable l Ensure adherence to departmental procedural requirements
Desired Candidate Profile Bachelors Degree / Diploma in any engineering.
Preferred 5-6 years of experience in Engineering Purchase Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
Hands-on experience with purchasing software (SAP)
Excellent communication & Negotiation skills
