Oversee the entire production process of wet wipes, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to production targets.
Supervise and guide the technical team, operators, and maintenance staff on shift.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any mechanical, electrical, or process-related issues.
Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and safety standards in the production area.
Coordinate with R&D and Quality Control departments for product quality and process improvement.
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for production machinery such as cutting, folding, wetting, and packaging lines.
Prepare daily and monthly production reports, downtime analysis, and efficiency tracking.
Participate in installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
Optimize production processes for cost efficiency and minimal wastage.
Train team members on operational best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Key Skills Required:
Strong technical knowledge of wet wipes manufacturing machines and packaging equipment.
Experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Understanding of GMP, ISO, and hygiene standards.
Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
