Description of the Job- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs all Procedures, Protocols, Instructions, Standards and Plans set out by the EYS within the framework of the company's integrated policies, acts in accordance with the "Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics" and "TPI Management Principles and Ethical Decision-Making System,
Follows, implements and ensures compliance with instructions, procedures and notifications on health, safety, environment and security,
Ensures that the objectives and targets within the scope of the EYS policy are achieved,
Ensures the execution of activities under the department in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Management Systems,
Annually agrees with the department manager on objectives based on the performance evaluation program and works accordingly, organizes test and application changes in manufacturing processes in collaboration with the process engineering team,
Participates in the installation of new machinery and equipment at the production site,
Manages corrective actions to resolve quality issues,
Controls the compliance of department activities with TPI and customer requirements, legal requirements and occupational safety limitations,
Manages activities to improve DL/Blade and cycle time,
Manages activities to decrease production costs,
Analyzes production performance indicators, makes root cause analysis for results not compliant with the objectives,
Analyzes losses and organizes preventive actions after inventory count,
Is responsible for the implementation and improvement of the 5S cleanliness and order system in their areas of responsibility,
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Education
Graduated with a engineering degree
Work Experience
Minimum 5 Years of experience
Foreign Language/Grade
English (Good)
