II. POSITION SUMMARY

JOB PURPOSE
The Cyber Security Engineer is a key member of a project execution team and is responsible for driving the work process for generation of Engineering Industrial Control Systems/Operational Technology (ICS/OT) Cybersecurity .
He is responsible to work with Various Cross functional team for Data and Knowhow Exchange for smooth execution of Project.

III, NATURE AND SCOPE

The Engineer is also responsible for supporting Design, Engineering / commissioning / operations team Related to Cyber Security at Air products plants globally, and also offer advice and guidance to AP engineering partners.

IV. DIMENSIONS:

• The plants will range between small mid-size and large, cryogenic Air Separation and Hydrogen/Carbon Monoxide, and also mega Gasification Complex, Green Hydrogen and Ammonia Plant etc. These plants may be owned by Air Products as part of their Global Operating Group or may be turnkey sales to third party customers
• The primary purpose is the delivery of a safe, fit for operation control system design and implementation to an agreed schedule and budget
• A Cyber Secirty engineer acts as the technical interface between AP project execution and commissioning teams.
• Providing support to other AP engineering centers as desires.

V. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead cross functional project teams (internal and external) of process control, safety, IT, and cybersecurity engineers, etc. to design, implement and test cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements and technologies, processes/procedures and specs during engineering, construct, and commissioning phases of the project execution
• Develop, document, and maintain cybersecurity execution strategy including activities, schedule, staffing and communication plans.
• Organize and lead/facilitate risk assessment exercises and implement risk assessment recommendations.
• Lead and oversee architecture, standards and FAT/SAT procedures development and execution.
• Collaborate with resource managers to prioritize work and deliver on project commitments.
• Participate in the development of enterprise architecture by collaborating with our Enterprise Architecture COE

V. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentatin or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• OT/ICS cybersecurity relevant accreditations such as ISA/IEC62443, SANS or other internationally recognized certifications are preferred.
• Minimum 8 to 15 years' experience in Information Technology (IT), Operational Technology (OT), or related field with at least 3 years focused on designing, building and/managing cybersecurity for industrial control systems and networks.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in cross-functional team leadership/ management
• Strong knowledge and understanding of controls systems (SCADA/DCS/PLCs, etc.,), relevant protocols (Modbus, PROFINET, DNP3, IEC61850, etc.)
• Working knowledge of key technologies including Firewalls, IDS, Anti-Virus, Vulnerabilities assessments, etc. in the ICS/OT networks
• Experience with Saudi Arabia's cybersecurity regulations (HCIS and NCA) will be preferred
• Experience in organizing or leading risk assessment exercises will be preferred
• Additional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, etc., will be a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications
