Key Responsibilities (Sales Only):
Identify and develop new business opportunities in
process automation solutions
Handle customer meetings, requirement discussions, and solution presentations
Promote PLC, SCADA, and automation solutions to industrial customers
Prepare and follow up on techno-commercial proposals and quotations
Coordinate with internal engineering teams for technical clarifications (sales support only)
Manage leads, enquiries, and customer follow-ups
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and system integrators
Required Qualifications & Experience:
B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
(mandatory)
3-4 years of experience
in PLC & SCADA-related
sales or pre-sales roles
DCS exposure
will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of industrial automation solutions
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in industrial automation sales or solution selling
Ability to understand customer needs and convert them into sales opportunities
Target-driven and self-motivated approach
Willingness to travel for client meetings
