Key Responsibilities (Sales Only):
Generate and develop new business opportunities in
automation solutions
Handle customer meetings, requirement discussions, and product presentations
Promote
PLC, SCADA, and automation solutions
to industrial clients
Prepare and follow up on
techno-commercial proposals and quotations
Coordinate with internal technical teams for proposal and solution support
Manage leads, enquiries, and regular customer follow-ups
Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth
Maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors
Required Qualifications & Experience:
B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
(mandatory)
3-4 years of experience
in PLC & SCADA-related roles
1-2 years of sales experience
in automation / industrial solutions (preferred)
Good understanding of industrial automation products and applications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in automation system sales or solution selling
Ability to understand customer needs and convert them into sales opportunities
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
