Plan and execute

Production Planning & Control (PPC)

activities in alignment with plant requirements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly

production schedules

based on demand and capacity. Handle

Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

in SAP for smooth flow of raw materials and components.

Preparation and maintenance of Bill of Materials (BOMs)

for production processes. Maintain and manage

SAP material codes

with thorough accuracy and control. Monitor and track production progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as

Production, Purchase, Stores, and Quality

for seamless operations. Optimize inventory levels to balance production requirements and minimize carrying costs. Analyze variances in production schedules and suggest corrective actions. Generate and review PPC-related

MIS reports

from SAP for management.

to enhance productivity and reduce downtime
