About Enterprise Capability @AECOM

Enterprise Capabilities (EC) is a service-driven organization within AECOM that enables access to a global talent pool ready to support project teams to achieve high-quality and timely delivery. Operating from Global Delivery Centers (GDCs), AECOM offices that operate as a technical hub, in India, China, Philippines, Spain, Poland, and Romania, EC has a team of over 1800+ professionals providing around-the-clock project delivery.
These delivery centres support AECOM\'s ability to work as one global team by standardizing design processes, deploying collaboration technologies, and utilizing a connected network of technical expertise to support our global project teams. • Ensure all quality and environmental aspects of the project are identified and addressed to maintain effective operation and project delivery.
• Communication to governmental authorities.
• Ambitious and enthusiastic with a good understanding of the design & delivery structure and process and have a keen interest and experience in the Building Engineering domain.
• Good understanding of BIM and other digital design tools.
• Monitor closely the design /drawings and all relevant documents to ensure the quality of output.
• Demonstrating written and verbal English communication skill proficiency in effectively communicating complex design and engineering issues.
• Experience in design work using both imperial units of measure and metric and the design software/applications used on International projects.
• Experience of design in the residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors, using the latest design and construction technologies.

Qualifications

BE in Mechanical Engineering.

• 10+ years of experience working in Mechanical Engineering design.
• Experience in the UK & UAE Building projects.
• To work for the design of the residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors.
• Experience in the design of the PHE.
• Provide technical expertise when applying public health engineering principles, techniques and methods to the planning and design of building services projects.
• Experience in the design of Public Health Engineering (Sanitary and stormwater drainage, cold and hot water domestic water supply, gas storage and distribution systems, miscellaneous piping services, etc.)
• Experience in HVAC software (IES, HAP, Trace, and Elite), MEP Revit, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
