What you?ll be doing...

• Delivering solutions using Pega Case Management and/or Decisioning capabilities.
• Designing case lifecycle and flows based on business requirements.
• Understanding data structures and integrations, and work with upstream and downstream systems to define contracts against requirements.
• Using functional expertise, acts as an advisor to management and provide recommendations on complex projects.
• Grooming user stories with business partners, identify impacted areas, and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Documenting the functional design and support Dev, QA, UAT teams and other BAs with details and clarifications.
• Understand the overall architecture and its capabilities and limitations.
• Understanding integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
• Using professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in creative and practical ways.

What we?re looking for...

Youll need to have

• Bachelor?s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Four or more of experience in Case Management and/or Decisioning applications.
• Experience in leading delivery from requirements gathering to post production monitoring.
• Experience in working on large enterprise applications with multiple stakeholders and integration with various applications.
• Experience in creating Jira boards, flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, data analysis & visualizations.
• Experience in Demos and detailed walkthroughs with various stakeholders.
• Pega CPBA certification.
• Experience in driving and tracking business KPIs with respect to customer experience and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Fluency in English.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience working in Telecom domain supporting customer journeys for sales and service.
• Good team player & experienced in working with small to large size team across partners.
• Experience in designing user experience by engaging with different stakeholders.
• Ability to write SQL queries in database to get relevant data.
• Pega CSSA or CPDC certification.
