Key Performance Area:

Assist in managing large OEM accounts in the construction equipment segment. Prepare and validate BOMs, cost estimates, and customer quotations. Coordinate with design, production, and supply chain teams for technical and commercial submissions. Support customer interactions regarding technical clarifications and documentation. Maintain records of quotations, orders, and product configurations. Follow up on regular schedules and track supplies from respective plants. Handle day-to-day activities with customers, prioritizing tasks based on changes in their plans. Monitor overdue outstanding payments to ensure receivables are controlled and managed efficiently. Handle customer complaints effectively and coordinate with the plant until the issue is resolved.
