Depending on experience level, take on increasing responsibility for task coordination, technical leadership, and mentoring of junior staff and securing the work engagement for the team.

Experience with structural analysis or rail-specific design tools.

Involvement in the preparation or review of construction, testing, and commissioning documentation.

Understanding of traction power system integration and interface with signaling, civil, and communications systems.

Demonstrating independent design capability, cross-disciplinary coordination, and field experience to deliver safe, reliable, and sustainable solutions that meet client and regulatory expectations

In-depth knowledge of Canadian and international transit standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., AREMA, CSA, etc.).

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare technical reports, specifications, and client-facing documentation.

Proficiency in CAD software, especially MicroStation.
