Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Engineer - Network Architecture & SASE

to design, implement, and deliver secure enterprise and cloud networking solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in SASE technologies, cloud networking, and enterprise security, along with the ability to independently drive architecture, delivery, and customer interactions in a global offshore model.

Key Responsibilities:

SASE, Network & Security Architecture

Design, implement, and support

SASE solutions

using platforms such as

Zscaler, Netskope, Prisma, or Cisco SSE

Implement

ZTNA, SWG, CASB

, and identity integrations with

Okta / Azure AD

Architect and secure

cloud networking environments

across

AWS, Azure, and GCP

, including VPC/VNet design, TGW, VPN, Direct Connect, routing, WAF, and cloud firewalls Deliver

enterprise networking solutions

covering routing, switching, segmentation, and

SD-WAN

(Cisco / Fortinet / Palo Alto / Versa)
Design, Delivery & Operations

Create

High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD)

, migration strategies, deployment blueprints, and operational runbooks Lead and execute

POCs, pilots, cutovers, interoperability testing

, and advanced troubleshooting Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical designs Support ongoing operations with structured problem resolution and optimization
Documentation & Stakeholder Management

Perform requirement analysis, effort estimation, and preparation of design and KT documentation Coordinate effectively with

offshore and onsite teams

, including customer-facing workshops and discussions Provide regular status updates, identify risks/issues, and ensure delivery accountability Mentor junior engineers and lead small delivery pods with strong technical ownership
Security, Compliance & Governance

Apply industry security frameworks such as

NIST, CIS Benchmarks, and ISO 27001

Ensure

logging, monitoring, and audit readiness

across network and cloud platforms Implement

network and cloud hardening

best practices and security governance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

6-10 years of experience in

network architecture, security, and SASE implementations

Strong hands-on expertise with at least one major

SASE platform

(Zscaler / Netskope / Prisma / Cisco SSE) Solid experience in

cloud networking and security

across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP Deep understanding of

enterprise networking fundamentals

and SD-WAN Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Ability to work

independently in an offshore delivery model

with a customer-first mindset Flexibility to work in the

Japan time zone

and collaborate with global teams

Good-to-Have Skills

Automation using

Python or scripting

Infrastructure as Code using

Terraform / IaC

API integrations and modern observability tools such as

Datadog or Splunk

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?130,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
