Qualification:

B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

5 to 10 Years (Tool Room & Machine Shop)

Key Responsibilities:

Independently handle the Engineering & Production Department. Plan, supervise, and control daily production activities. Manage tool room and machine shop operations. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime. Coordinate with quality, and other departments for smooth operations. Lead, train, and motivate the production team. Monitor machine performance, manpower allocation, and material availability. Maintain production reports, documentation, and MIS. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of tool room & machine shop operations. Ability to handle engineering tasks independently. Excellent production planning & process management. Leadership and team management skills. Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills. Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ?125,000.00 - ?175,000.00 per month
