Job Description

- Conduct daily inspections of all machinery, including MWD, Bunching, Extrusion, Coiling .


- installation and commissioning of utility equipment such as RO systems, diesel generators, compressors, transformers, and LT panels.


- Develop action plans for machine failures and monitor their implementation.


- Track daily consumption of power (KWH), water, and diesel.


- Conduct root cause analysis for significant breakdowns.


- Monitor solar power generation and consumption, and follow up on the cleaning schedule for solar panels.


- Correct abnormalities in the machine CLETA check sheet on a daily basis .


- Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures for personnel, machinery, and plant operations.


- Maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 documentation.


- Lead and guide the maintenance team in repair procedures.


- Ensure all plant machinery operates without errors using Poke Yoke principles
