Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Engineer to join our growing real estate company in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within budget and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Develop and implement cost-effective solutions for engineering challenges. Prepare and submit technical reports and presentations. Manage and track project budgets and expenses. Resolve technical issues and provide timely solutions to problems. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations. Contribute to the development and improvement of engineering processes and standards. Must have done drawing for Municipal submission and be capable of liaising which liaisons staff for completing municipal required drawing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate industry in Mumbai. Proven track record of successful project delivery in high-rise construction, commercial projects, and residential projects. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards in India. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
