Roles:

Senior Engineers will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of construction projects at construction sites. Expertise in construction engineering and strong leadership skills will be instrumental in achieving our goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality. Develop plans, and budgets, and track progress. Coordinate with stakeholders and resolve issues. Review engineering designs for compliance. Inspect sites for progress and quality. Enforce safety and quality measures. Ensure compliance with local codes and permits. Identify risks and develop mitigation.

Requirement:

Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Excellent leadership. Problem-solving. Decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience of 7+ years in construction engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
