nalysis of the building's heating, ventilation, and cooling loads; P
erform engineering calculations; C
oordination with various departments and disciplines required for project implementation; L
ife-cycle-cost analyses. P
roduction of detailed drawing and specifications F
ield reviews P
reparation of engineering reports O
ther duties as assigned. M
echanical Engineering Degree from an accredited institution; P
roficient with AutoCAD and Revit M
inimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical design; A
bility to work with a minimum of instructions and complete tasks independently; F
ocus on HVAC, plumbing, and building engineering; E
xperience with energy modelling calculations; W
orking knowledge of Ontario Building Codes, CSA standards, and ASHRAE standards; E
xcellent verbal and written communication skills with working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programs; M
ust possess a team player attitude W
