PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To manage Bar & coil shop for achieving production target

ROLE

Responsible for production of Bar & Coil

Production of stator bars, Stator coils, rotor coils & copper parts insulation

Planning of shop floor activities for day-to-day activities

Maintaining the KPI's of Bar & coil shop

4

Quality control & assurance of products in shop

5

Ensure identification of material in shop

6

Coordination with PPC, QA and other function for achieving OTD of Bar & coil shop

7

Impart training to shop persons

8

Maintaining safety and 5S

Development of Shop tooling's

Authorized to take decision for all above responsibilities
