About the role

We are looking for a candidate with strong hands-on experience across conventional machining processes, including turning, milling, horizontal boring, plano milling, drilling, grinding, assembly, and surface treatment. Eligible candidates must have deep knowledge of machining practices, tool usage, and process optimization, with the ability to deliver high-quality output while driving efficiency.

Experience & Qualifications

5-8 years of relevant experience

B.E. Mechanical / B.E. Production / D.M.E.

Skillsets

Production planning and execution

- Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to meet deadlines and optimize resource use (Plan vs Actual). Monitor variable costs such as consumables, tooling, rework, and PPE.

Manpower management

- Lead and allocate direct and indirect shop floor teams to ensure safe, productive operations.

Quality Management Systems

- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).

SAP - Production Planning (PP) module

- Skilled in using SAP PP for tracking and planning.

Exposure to CNC & VMC machines

- Familiarity with CNC/VMC operations, setup, basic troubleshooting, and process optimization.

Statutory compliance

- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
