Designation: Senior Engineer

Experience Required: Minimum 7+ years

Salary: ?35,000+ (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day site execution activities as per approved drawings and specifications

Supervise construction works including civil, structural, and finishing activities

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors

Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards at the site

Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and machinery usage

Prepare and verify measurements, bills, and progress reports

Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure timely project completion

Ensure adherence to project timelines, cost control, and company standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management

Ability to handle large teams and multiple site activities

Good communication and coordination skills

Experience in residential / commercial / infrastructure projects preferred
