We believe in high autonomy, and we want people who are looking to do things differently in order to create better experiences for our customers.We work in cross-functional teams and are laser focused on increasing the number of active clients we serve to drive sustainable growth.Your teamThis role is a part of the new AI engineering team to help drive things faster in a new ways of working.Your role in the Team's SuccessYour primary responsibility will be to:Use AI for all coding tasks: feature implementation, refactoring, test creation, documentation, debuggingEmploy Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and LLM APIs to write better code fasterApply AI-assisted code analysis, optimization, and security scanningAchieve measurable and significant productivity improvements through AI integrationDemonstrate when to use AI vs when human judgment is critical
What you'll doExperience building and deploying production systems at scale.Strong understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principlesExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Hands-on experience building and scaling microservices architecturesDemonstrated use of Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI development tools in production workExperience implementing AI in CI/CD pipelines (code review, testing, security scanning)What you'll need for this role:Key Qualification Requirements:7 -10 years of software engineering experience with strong full stack expertise using AIProficiency in modern programming languages but primarily Java and React.Achieved measurable productivity improvements (2-5x) using AI in developmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.Track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiency.How we work:We try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
