Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ECR/ECO processes in PLM systems (MyWorkshop), ensuring all component, drawing, and specification changes are accurately reviewed and released.
Drive Manufacturing Release (MR) execution for regional labels and rating plates, ensuring compliance with international regulatory standards and on-time delivery to manufacturing.
Govern workflow approvals and stakeholder communications, proactively identifying bottlenecks, conducting follow-ups, and resolving queries.
Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy, revision control, and traceability across product structures.
Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for change management and MR workflows to ensure standardization across offshore teams.
Validate and implement design changes in coordination with global regulatory, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Work Experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
X-X years of experience in PLM (Teamcenter preferred-MyWorkshop) product lifecycle Management.
Proven experience in ECR, ECO, and MR execution in complex hardware projects.
Ability to manage workflow governance, stakeholder communication, and approval cycles independently.
