Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement digital logistics strategies to streamline operations. Utilize advanced analytics and digital tools to optimize supply chain processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics solutions. Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Manage logistics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in logistics planning. Provide training and support to team members on digital logistics tools and best practices. Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Supply Chain and Logistics modules

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 6 to 8 years of experience in logistics planning within the automotive sector. Proficiency in digital logistics tools and technologies (e.g., ERP systems, TMS, WMS). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Proven expertise in material flow simulation software (e.g., AnyLogic, FlexSim, Arena, Plant Simulation). Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Skills:


Experience with AI and machine learning applications in logistics. Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations. Material flow simulation expertise. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). German language
