Role Overview:

The

Senior Engineer

will lead and supervise all engineering, construction, and quality activities related to the

Foot Over Bridge (FOB) project

. This includes design review, structural supervision, coordination with contractors, safety oversight, and ensuring all work complies with approved drawings, standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end execution of FOB construction, including foundations, substructure, superstructure, ramps, staircases, and finishing. Review structural drawings, GFCs, bar bending schedules, and design documents. Ensure compliance with IRC/IS codes, departmental guidelines, and safety norms. Monitor construction progress, quality control, and ensure materials meet approved specifications. Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, railway/municipal authorities, and utility agencies. Prepare and review work schedules, method statements, and construction plans. Conduct site inspections, structural assessments, and quality audits. Identify risks and resolve technical issues related to foundation works, steel fabrication, launching girder operations, and erection. Approve work measurements, check contractor bills, and certify quantities. Ensure all safety regulations are followed during launching, lifting, scaffolding, and working at heights. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and project records. Mentor junior engineers and site supervision teams..

Role Overview:

The

Junior Engineer

will assist in supervision, measurements, documentation, and onsite coordination for the

Foot Over Bridge project

. The role requires basic civil engineering knowledge, site monitoring skills, and the ability to support daily construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers in supervising day-to-day site activities for foundation, columns, beams, slabs, ramps, staircases, and steel fabrication. Check reinforcement, shuttering, concrete quality, and alignment as per drawings. Maintain daily site reports, DPRs, measurement sheets, and material usage logs. Coordinate with contractors and labour teams to ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications. Verify BBS, material deliveries, and conduct basic quality checks (slump tests, cube casting, etc.). Assist in monitoring safety practices, scaffolding, and working-at-height safety compliance. Help with dimensional checks, levels, and surveying support. Participate in inspections with consultants or authorities. Support documentation for billing, BOQ quantities, and as-built drawings.

Required Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 1 - 5 years of experience in bridges, FOBs, flyovers, or similar structural projects. Strong knowledge of structural engineering, fabrication, steel structures, and concreting. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and structural review tools. Strong leadership and coordination skills.

Preferred

Experience working with government/railway/public infrastructure projects. Knowledge of IS/IRC codes relevant to foot over bridge construction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
