Job Responsibilities

(Key Duties & Expectations)

Maintaining of Operator IT Infrastructure & Security

Attend and resolve Production Hardware [HP/Dell/Lenovo/IBM] & network related complaints

Attend and resolve Production Operating system [Linux & MS Windows] & Software related complaints

Server resource upgradations - RAM, HDD

Web publish hosting in IIS Web Server

Health monitoring of Production Server hardware-Alert monitoring

Maintain Production Asset data

License Management of Software's & Operating systems

Ensure Production server backups

User management and access permissions, password management

Submit URL White listings requests to Operator IT Team

Submit Firewall Openings requests to Operator IT Team
Create VPN User IDs with Operator support team for Operation & Maintenance access

Apply security patches in Servers and ensure closure of Audit reports by Operator Security team

OS Hardening and ensure closure of Audit reports

Integrations with Security platforms like SIEM, ViPAM,LDAP FireEye etc

Do pre-activity & post activity sanity checking for Telco planned activities and ensure working

Provide support for Operator end Platform changes (e.g: Proxy migration, SMTP Gateway migration)

Wireshark network level troubleshooting support IPSec VPN Tunnel supports

Maintaining of Telecom Infrastructure of Operator

Support Customer Desk to resolve Customers call connectivity complaints, pcap/wireshark trace & analysis

Attend and resolve E1/SIP Media, Channel state related complaints

Voice channel upgradations based on requirements

Voice E1 re-arrangements based on requirements

Call routing requests to Operator Switch

Health monitoring of Production Server Voice circuits

Maintaining of Office IT Infrastructure & Security

Being the Team Lead of Office IT Infrastructure:

Ensure uptime of Internet, email, critical servers

Ensure Office ITSecurity, Firewall Security, Anti-virus management

Wireless network management

Computer requirements of Staffs, resource upgradations

Project related resource requirements at Office

Attend and resolve Office Hardware & network related complaints

Attend and resolve Office Operating system & Software related complaints

Health monitoring of Office Servers, Firewalls, Switches Manage, troubleshoot IPSec VPN Tunnels Site-to-Site & Client Server VPN

Ensure Daily, Weekly & Monthly backups

Maintain Office Asset data

License Management of Software's & Operating systems

Office Servers Web Publish hosting

User management and access permissions

IT Support of nearby Customer sites - Vi Kakkanad, BSNL Palarivattom etc

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
