Designing and Developing ICT Systems

The Senior Engineer - ICT is responsible for designing and developing robust and scalable ICT systems that align with the organization's goals. They should have a deep understanding of network architecture, infrastructure, databases, and security protocols to ensure a reliable and efficient system.

Leading the Technical Team

The Senior Engineer - ICT serves as the leader of the ICT team, managing and coordinating their activities to ensure successful project execution. This involves delegating tasks, providing technical guidance, and fostering collaboration among team members.
Project Management


The Senior Engineer- ICT should have strong project management skills to oversee the implementation of technology initiatives. They will be responsible for defining project scope, setting timelines, managing resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of ICT projects.

Ensuring Network Security

Network security is a critical component of any organization's ICT infrastructure. The Senior Engineer - ICT should have a strong understanding of security protocols and be able to identify vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate risks. They should also stay updated on emerging threats and implement necessary changes to maintain a secure network.

Troubleshooting and Problem-solving

As the Senior Engineer - ICT is responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing innovative solutions. They should possess exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve technical difficulties promptly and minimize system downtime.

Education

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics. , or a related field is typically required. Additional certifications in network security, project management, or relevant technologies are highly desirable.

Experience

Candidates should have extensive experience working in ICT roles and preferably a minimum of 12-18 years in a leadership capacity. Prior experience in project management, network design, and security is crucial.
