Role: Incoming Quality Control Team Lead

Supervise a team to perform inspections and tests, document results, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately Oversee the physical inspection of incoming materials, verify their compliance with standards, and ensure appropriate testing is performed Coordinate with Production Lead, Customer Support and Quality/MRB for timely completion of inspections based on their priorities Ensure all inspection results, non-conformities, and quality-related data are meticulously documented and maintained Collaborate with Supplier Quality Assurance on quality issues, and contribute to improving overall quality processes Assist in developing and implementing IQC processes, and work with internal teams to maintain and improve quality standards Act as a liaison between the production team, suppliers, and other departments to address quality concerns Collaborate with Engineering for developing test jigs and fixtures * Develop inspection and test procedures and optimize methods of conducting inspections and tests
