his role is for a Senior Engineer - Hydrology to contribute to growing hydrology.
L
ead and support hydrological and hydraulic modelling tasks using tools such as Info works ICM, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SewerGEMS, and QGIS, flow master, culvert design software.
A
ssist in the preparation and review of stormwater management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
C
ollaborate closely with internal teams and cross-disciplinary groups including CAD, Road, landscape, Geotech, environment etc teams to ensure seamless project integration.
C
oordinate with CAD teams to develop and review stormwater drawings and ensure alignment with modelling outputs.
P
rovide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers in model development, calibration, and report writing.
C
ontribute to the delivery of project packages alongside Principals and Associates, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
B
asic knowledge of Civil 3D and BIM to support design integration and visualization.
P
articipate in client meetings, technical discussions, and project planning sessions as required.
S
tay updated with relevant technical developments within the discipline. Ensure weekly submission of timesheets. Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies.
S
upport the companies approach to sustainability.
I
dentify improvements (where possible) to enhance WSP ME service to clients.
