ossess sound knowledge of hydraulics and hydrological theories. o
etermine catchment area based on topographical survey data and other available data. o
stimate surface runoff flow rates based on applicable design standards, guidelines and manuals. o
ossess experience in using software (InfoWorks, HEC-RAS, Mike 11, etc.) for stormwater drainage network and flood analysis. o
evelop stormwater drainage system and road drainage based on applicable design standards, guidelines and manuals. o
erform hydraulic analysis to check capacity of existing stormwater drainage system, and to design new stormwater drainage system, based on applicable design standards, guidelines and manuals. o
ompile design report based on stormwater drainage network analysis results and calculations. o
ompile specifications based on good construction practice.

ossess sound knowledge of hydraulics theories. o
stimate demands for fresh and flushing water based on applicabledesign standards, guidelines and manuals. o
ossess experience in using software (EPANET, etc.) for water pipe network analysis. o
evelop water pipe network based on applicable design standards, guidelines and manuals. o
erform hydraulic analysis to check capacity of existing water pipes, and to design new water pipe network system, based on applicable design standards, guidelines and manuals. o
esign thrust blocks. o
ompile design report based on water pipe analysis results and calculations. o
ompile specifications based on good construction practice. o
inimum 5 years of practical experience in stormwater drainage, sewerage, waterworks, and road design. o
ound knowledge of design and engineering principles and best practices in stormwater drainage, sewerage, waterworks and road onstruction. o
amiliarity with DSD and EPD design manuals and guidelines, and TPDM. o
roven work experience as a Civil Engineer or Highway Engineer or similar role. o
roficiency in InfoWorks, HEC RAS, Mike 11, InRoads, Civil 3D/12D, AutoCAD software (preferred). o
referably Chartered Engineer (MICE) o
ood command of written and spoken English. o
trong communication, presentation, leadership, and project management skills W
