Position Summary:
Senior Engineer
Responsibilities:

• Analyse business needs (local IT or MES Coe Architects, acting as Product Owner) and translate them into technical requirements
• Develop ETL processes in Microsoft Azure ecosystem and make data available in Power BI for Dashboarding.
• Ensure data integrity and on-time refresh between PSI Azure Power BI
• Ensure secured data segregation in Azure / Power BI
• Deliver insightful dashboards in Power BI + manage the sharing environments (workspaces / apps)

• Azure Databrick or Azure Synapse or Azure Data Factory
• ETL
• Power BI (workspace administration and Dashboarding) manage authorization of the data drawn from Data Lake

• Python scripting

• Experience 4-6 Years
• Microsoft Azure products:
• Azure Synapse Analytics (including dedicated SQL pools, data integration pipelines, Synapse Spark notebooks etc.)
• Azure Databricks with PySpark
• Azure Data Factory, SQL, and related data services
• Other competencies in Azure ecosystem:
• Data governance (segregation) and security best-practices
• Overall performance, monitoring and tuning capabilities
• ETL processes in general
• SQL environments (old Azure SQL data warehouse)
• Azure Datalake and Bigdata
• Power BI:
• Workspace administration (data ingestion, authorizations)
• Dashboarding

• Problem-solving
• Interest + ability to understand the underlying business (Production, Logistics, Finance)
• Ability to discuss with various stakeholders + popularize technical concepts for non-IT people
• Demonstrable experience applying agile mythologies (SCRUM)
• Good team player
• Good communication and documentation skills
