We are seeking a motivated individual with strong skills in Electronics - Board and System design. Should have prior experience in new product development, integration, testing and validation. Requires effective collaboration, a strong drive to achieve project objectives, and the ability to learn new techniques, tools, and processes for the product development cycle.
The candidate in this position will be responsible to:
Perform the design and development of said products conforming to required standards and to customer specific requirements.
In depth experience in the Micro Controller / Processor based electronics design is a primary requirement. Strong basics on electronics-based design is highly desirable.
The candidate will be required to design the board / product from requirement or to work on Sustain opportunities.
Candidate should have regular interaction with Software / Mechanical team to drive the Project forward.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate and lead project team members, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Key Requirements:
Leading a project from initial requirements through to validation and release.
Possessing experience with various boards, Display based systems design, integration testing and validation.
Must have prior experience with HMI products, including processor-based design, display design and integration, as well as testing and validation.
Should possess good knowledge of Mechanical, Firmware/Software design.
Provide technical leadership within the team and interface with Leadership team to provide Project progress till completion of the project.
Should have hands on experience in EMI/EMC testing and Reliability analysis.
Should be aware of the Product Certification and standards such as BS EN, UL, BASEEFA, ATEX
Strong sense of urgency and ability to identify and manage technical risks.
Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) certification is a plus
Should have experience in New Product Development (NPD) & Sustain projects.
Ensure project on-time delivery.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Qualifications: B.E./ B.Tech. OR M.E./ M.Tech. in (Electrical/ Electronic Engineering)
10 to 14 Years of experience in Hardware (Board) & System Development
Skills: Board design & development
Analog and digital electronics
Hardware design life cycle management
Display based system design
Display integration and testing
Component selections, testing and debugging.
Micro controller-based design experience
EOL analysis and High-speed design experience is a plus.
