About the role

You will oversee and optimize fabrication processes by planning equipment, manpower, and materials effectively. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, at the highest quality standards, while coordinating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and shop floor personnel for seamless operations.

Experience & Qualifications

5-8 years of relevant experience

B.E. Mechanical / B.E. Production / D.M.E.

Skillsets

Production planning and resource allocation

- Plan, allocate, and schedule equipment and resources to maximise efficiency.

Project monitoring and reporting

- Track project progress, align with production plans, and flag risks or delays.

Cross-functional coordination

- Supervise and guide shop floor teams, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Quality and compliance

- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS 45001:2018, and apply tools like 7 QC Tools, CAPA, 5S, and Kaizen.

System and process knowledge

- Operate and maintain documentation using SAP/ERP systems for production tracking, inventory, and resource planning.
