Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Engineer - Execution

to manage and oversee the day-to-day site operations for high-rise residential towers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and execution of all construction activities, while maintaining strict adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines -- from foundation to final finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor structural and finishing works on-site including RCC, shuttering, concreting, plastering, waterproofing, and other key execution activities. Ensure strict adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Lead and supervise Junior Engineers and contractors to ensure daily targets are achieved efficiently. Conduct material planning, BBS verification, and manage pour schedules in line with construction timelines. Coordinate with the planning, quality, and safety departments to maintain compliance and resolve on-site issues. Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and other relevant documentation. Ensure full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and project protocols.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification :

Graduate in Civil Engineering.

Experience :

5-8 years of experience in high-rise residential project execution, preferably with a real estate developer or reputed contractor.

Technical Expertise :

Strong command over RCC and high-rise construction methodologies. Hands-on experience with Mivan shuttering system is a must. Familiar with construction safety standards and QA/QC procedures.

Software Skills :

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

Soft Skills :

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination capabilities.
