Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Will be responsible for delivering mechanical development CoE roles of some off-highway / powerol engines.
Key deliverables are,
1. Design verification plan preparation
2. Deploying past project learnings in to new design
3. Design failure mode analysis and DFMEA preparation
4. Defining load / boundary case for virtual simulation.
5. SOR / Supplier DVP preparation for bought out parts.
6. Planning / Execution / Monitoring of fatigue / Lab durability / reliability test / Field test as per DVP.
7. ORC resolution and tracking.
8. Root cause analysis and ORC resolution
9. Product clearance after DVP execution
10. Engine reliability prediction
11. Part deviation study and clearance during SOVP
12. Simulating field failure in lab
13. Report preparation and release.
Experience
3 to 5 yearsa,A' experience on diesel engine design and mechanical development.
Industry Preferred
