Senior Engineer- Engine calibration
A purpose driven role for you
As part of EDD team, you will be responsible for engine calibration activities as per approved model strategy with focus on implementation of relevant technologies and ensures delivery within CTQ parameters.
A Day in the life
xc2xb7 Execution of DOE for engine calibration.
xc2xb7 Execute all base engine related calibration tasks at highest quality and expertise
xc2xb7 Creation of base calibration file
xc2xb7 Calibration file management and history with modern file management system
xc2xb7 Support for report preparation
xc2xb7 Test matrix management
xc2xb7 Ensure proper functions of electronic interfaces
xc2xb7 Execution of EOBD and Functions calibration
xc2xb7 Execute evaporative Emission calibration
xc2xb7 Ensure compliance to HMCL's own calibration process and methodology
xc2xb7 Escalate in case of unresolvable conflicts of CTQ targets
