Job Description

Detailed study of commercial terms & technical scope of product/project enquiry document received from sales/support team.

Prepare & send the request for quotation to obtain the offers frpm concerned vendors.

Review the obtained offers from vendors & prepare technical bid evaluation.

Arrange & carry out the techno-commercial discussion with vendors.

Prepare & send techno-commercial bid to sales/support team.

Material procurement support- technical clearance, drawing approvals, negotiations with vendor & material follow-ups for timely deliveries.

To check the material technically through IMIR and receive purchased materials forwarded by receiving department.

Report collections from Estimation Engineers and share the same with management/ sales head.

Discussion with sales head/ for entire planning, priortizing, execution of inquiries and purchase order.

Requisite skills:-

Only male required for this field

BE/ B. tech/ Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering.

Excellent teamwork, organization & communication skills.

In depth knowledge in data analysis tools (particularly excel)

Estimation software-( cubit, sage, estimating, knowify)

Technical diagramming tools ( visio, lucidchart, cacoo)

Microsoft office suite.

Minimum 4 Plus years of relevant industry experience

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
