• Managing inventory of electrical parts and equipment to facilitate maintenance processes.
• Troubleshooting electrical faults and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment.
• Providing technical guidance and training to junior maintenance staff.
• Coordinating with external vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to recommend improvements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
6-10 years of experience in electrical maintenance within the precast industry.
