AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Senior Engineer - ECU Virtualization

Your Impact

Develop virtual ECUs (vECUs) using appropriate simulation platforms and technologies. Integrate vECUs with plant models to enable virtual testing of embedded software. Enable Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing workflows to validate ECU software functionality. Provide virtual environments to support calibration engineers in performing parameter tuning and validation. Collaborate with embedded platform engineers to ensure behavioral consistency between virtual and physical ECUs.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field. Proficient in English (written and verbal) with strong intercultural communication skills for working in global, cross-functional teams. Experience using MathWorks tools (MATLAB, Simulink) for model-based design, integration, and simulation commonly used in virtual ECU workflows. Hands-on experience with virtual ECU development environments and a solid understanding of embedded vehicle networks and real-time operating systems (e.g., AUTOSAR, RTOS, Linux). Proven ability to lead the team as-well-as work independently, take ownership of technical deliverables, and collaborate effectively in distributed develop
