In your new role you will:

Infineon developed a strategy and an infrastructure supporting that strategy that significantly boosts design productivity. Following are the main tasks: Gain understanding of the design methodology and follow appropriate test methodologies to define and automate the tests. Improve overall test coverage of tools and ensure zero spills/PRDs Create data structure to hold design data, fill them with formalized data (e.g. XML, HDL-Models), and generate code out of it. Develop with design engineers methods, that could further automate their jobs and help them to implement the methods quickly Generalize implementation and structure it following state-of-the-art software concepts Define architecture, coding principle, QA strategy and documentation for the implementations mentioned above


You are best equipped for this task if you have:

B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science with/EDA (Good to have) background Min 2 years of experience in software domain and testing Good understanding of STLC life cycle Good understanding of various testing concepts like Test Identification techniques, Test Specification, Test Plan, RTM Good understanding of different test methodologies and concepts like functional, non-functional, white box/black box, unit (Test driven development), integration, component, and system testing Good understanding of Algorithms and Data structures Worked on designing/ coding in software/EDA tools and flows Hands on any Object-oriented programming language and can apply knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms Exposure to Unix/ Linux Platforms Preferably having working knowledge in Python- Understanding of Modeling language preferred
