Concept development Creation of electrical schematic using E3 Creation of assembly drawing in 2D Creation of BOMs Update of documents and managing of engineering changes. Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications. Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards Use computer-assisted engineering software to perform engineering tasks. Assisting in the manufacturing of new electrical systems Provide quality assurance for ongoing projects Keep current with the latest technical innovations in electrical engineering Creating system models and simulations Testing/validation of new systems and making design change if needed Producing necessary design reports and documentation Use of optimization techniques during development of product. Meticulous in initiation, planning, executing and spearheading projects. Your Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication). Excellent Verbal and written communication in English. Industry exposure of 06 - 09 Years, preferably in industry similar to tower cranes. Experience on Preparation & Development of electrical Scheme by using E3 Zuken, Cable selection and size calculation according to the electric load. Knowledge about the field sensors (load cell, speed sensors and switches) Basic knowledge of PLC selection and programing Knowledge of contactor logic design, Control panel design with VFD drives ,brake torque motors Control panel components selections like contactors, circuit breaker, control relay, terminals, connectors, wires, cables, conduits, cable glands. Preparation of detailed Bill of materials for control panel assemblies, Preparation of proto units & testing. Knowledge in reading and troubleshooting electrical power & control wiring drawing Strong understanding of electrical Motors selection. Knowledge of or experience with PLM. Effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills at international level. Willing to travel to factory location on daily basis
